Section 33-12-106.5 - Alternative means of park entrance - fees - rules(1) An individual entering a state park or state recreation area by means other than by motor vehicle must purchase a pass in accordance with commission rules.(2) The commission, by rule, shall establish fees for passes for individuals entering a state park or state recreation area by means other than by motor vehicle.
