Current through Acts effective through 7/1/2024 of the 2024 Legislative Session
No interim debentures issued pursuant to the provisions of sections 32-11-558 to 32-11-561 shall be extended or funded except by the issuance or reissuance of bonds in compliance with section 32-11-563.
