Current through Acts effective through 7/1/2024 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Payment of the principal of and the interest on general obligation bonds may be made from a consolidated bond interest and redemption fund of the district except as otherwise provided in any proceedings pertaining to outstanding district securities or in any other contract.
