Current through Chapter 519 of the 2024 Legislative Session and Chapter 2 of the 2024 First Extraordinary Session
The commission has the power to make and enforce all rules and regulations, which rules and regulations shall be printed for distribution. No rule shall become effective until five days after publication of the same in some newspaper in said city or town.
