Current through Acts effective through 6/7/2024 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The proceeding authorized by this part 11 shall not be obligatory upon any taxing authority. Such taxing authority, at its election, may pursue any other remedy provided by law for the collection of delinquent assessments.
