Section 31-10-1526 - Interference with voter while voting

Any person who interferes with any voter when inside the immediate voting area or when marking a ballot or operating a voting machine commits a class 2 misdemeanor.

This section is similar to former § 31-10-1326 as it existed prior to 1975.
