Section 31-4-206 - Council members - nomination - election - compensation(1) The nomination and election of candidates for the city council provided for by this part 2 shall be in accordance with the "Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965".(2) The members of the city council shall receive such compensation as may be fixed by ordinance.L. 75: Entire title R&RE, p. 1029, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 31-3-206 as it existed prior to 1975.
