Section 30-20-102.5 - Requirement for certificate of designation deemed satisfied - when

A certificate of designation for a hazardous waste disposal site issued pursuant to article 15 of title 25, C.R.S., shall be deemed to satisfy any requirement for a certificate of designation imposed by this part 1.
