Section 30-11-507 - Filings - effect of(1) Within twenty days after voter approval, a certified copy of the charter shall be filed with the division of local government and with the county clerk and recorder.(2) This section shall also apply to an amendment or repeal of a charter.L. 71: p. 353, § 1.
