Section 29-4-701 - Short title

This part 7 shall be known and may be cited as the "Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Act".

This section was enacted as § 29-4-700.1 in House Bill 75-1026 but was renumbered on revision in the 1977 replacement volume for ease of location.
