(1) This article 4.7 was added in 2017 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2018. For the text of this article 4.7 prior to 2018, consult the 2017 Colorado Revised Statutes and the Colorado statutory research explanatory note beginning on page vii in the front of this volume.

(2) Subsection (3) provided for the repeal of this article 4.7, effective July 1, 2018. (See L. 2017, p. 1763.)
