Section 28-3.1-533 - Driving while impaired - reckless driving

Any person subject to this code who operates any vehicle while impaired by alcohol, marijuana, drugs, or intoxicants of any kind, or any combination thereof, or in a reckless or wanton manner shall be punished as a court-martial directs.
