L. 77: Entire article repealed, p. 955, § 37, effective August 1.

(1) The provisions concerning restitution to victims of crime are under the department of corrections. (See article 28 of title 17.)

(2) This article was added in 1976 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 1977.
