Section 26-21-108 - Repeal of article - sunset review(1) This article 21 is repealed, effective September 1, 2031.(2) Prior to the repeal, the commission shall be reviewed as provided for in section 24-34-104, C.R.S.Amended by 2024 Ch. 267,§ 2, eff. 8/7/2024.Amended by 2015 Ch. 151, § 1, eff. 7/1/2015.L. 2000: Entire article added, p. 1628, § 1, effective June 1.
