L. 2006: Entire article repealed, p. 1997, § 27, effective July 1.

(1) This article was added in 1983. The provisions of this article were relocated to part 1 of article 3 of title 25.5 .

(2) Section 26-15-114, enacted by chapter 323, Session Laws of Colorado 2006, was renumbered as and relocated to § 25.5-3-112.
