(1) This part 4 was added in 2008 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2010. For the text of this part 4 prior to 2010, consult the 2009 Colorado Revised Statutes.
(2) Section 26-1-405 provided for the repeal of this part 4, effective July 1, 2010. (See L. 2008, p. 408.)
