Current through Acts effective through 7/1/2024 of the 2024 Legislative Session
In implementing the community first choice option, the state department shall ensure continuity of support for eligible individuals who were receiving services as of July 1, 2025, and who have maintained eligibility in the state medical assistance program since that date.
