Section 25-5.5-312 - Violations - penalty

Any person, firm, or corporation that willfully violates any of the provisions of this part 3 and any officer, agent, or employee thereof who directs or knowingly permits such violation or who aids or assists therein commits a petty offense.

Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
