Section 25-5.5-116 - Penalty

Any person or any agent or servant thereof who violates any of the provisions of this part 1, if the punishment for the violation is not elsewhere prescribed in this part 1, commits a petty offense.

Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
