Section 24-50-142 - Repayment of debts to state-supported institutions of higher education by state employees(2) An applicant for employment under the state personnel system shall declare whether he has any outstanding loan or obligation due to a state-supported institution of higher education and whether such loan or obligation is past-due.Amended by 2021 Ch. 12, § 12, eff. 3/21/2021.
