Current through Acts effective through 6/7/2024 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The secretary of the patriotic society in charge shall be the custodian of all property of the county unit or society. The secretary of the county unit and the chairman of the board of county commissioners shall be a board to control the finances and to make needed purchases. The patriotic society in charge shall incur no debt.
