(1) This article 54.8 was added in 2007.

(2) Section 24-54.8-106 (1) provided for the repeal of this part 1, effective January 9, 2020. On January 9, 2020, the revisor of statutes received the notice referred to in section 24-54.8-106 (2) related to the repeal. For more information about the repeal and notice, see HB 07-1184.
