Section 24-60-4404 - Repeal of part

If the revisor of statutes has not received the notice required by section 24-60-4403 by June 29, 2026, this part 44 is repealed, effective June 30, 2026.

Added by 2023 Ch. 18, § 1, eff. 8/7/2023.

Section 24-60-4403 states that "This part 44 takes effect on the date the Compact is enacted into law in the tenth Compact State."

2023 Ch. 18, was passed without a safety clause. See Colo. Const. art. V, § 1(3).
