Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-60-4304
This part 43 will take effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the tenth compact state. The director of the division of professions and occupations in the department of regulatory agencies shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing when the condition specified in this section has occurred by e-mailing the notice to revisorofstatutes.ga@coleg.gov. This part 43 takes effect upon the date identified in the notice that the compact is enacted into law in the tenth compact state.
C.R.S. § 24-60-4304
Section 24-60-4304 as enacted in section 1 of chapter 468 (SB 22-077), Session Laws of Colorado 2022, provides that this part 43 takes effect on the date the compact is enacted into law in the tenth compact state. The revisor of statutes received notice on September 12, 2022, from the director of the division of professions and occupations that the tenth compact state enacted the law, effective April 19, 2022; however Senate Bill 22-077 was signed by the Governor on June 8, 2022, and has an effective date of August 10, 2022.
