Current through Chapter 519 of the 2024 Legislative Session and Chapter 2 of the 2024 First Extraordinary Session
No person appointed as a Colorado member of the interstate agricultural grain marketing commission pursuant to section 24-60-2004 shall be liable for any civil damages for acts or omissions in good faith occurring or carried out during the performance of his duties.
