Section 24-60-202 - Compact

Desiring to take advantage of the consent of the congress of the United States of America, granted by an act - Public Law No. 293, H. R. 7353 - the states of Kansas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado solemnly agree to the following provisions.
