Section 22-2-103 - Department of education(1) The department of education shall include the following: (a) The state board of education;(b) The commissioner of education, assistant commissioners of education, and other officers and employees of the department;(c) The state library, created in section 24-90-104, C.R.S.;(d) The Colorado school for the deaf and the blind, as provided for in article 80 of this title;(e) The state charter school institute established in section 22-30.5-503;(f) The division of online learning established in section 22-30.7-103;(g) The office of facility schools created in section 22-2-403;(h) The facility schools board created in section 22-2-404;(i) The Colorado state advisory council for parent involvement in education created in section 22-7-303;(j) The office of dropout prevention and student re-engagement created in section 22-14-103; and(k) The concurrent enrollment advisory board created in section 22-35-107.Amended by 2023 Ch. 88,§ 15, eff. 4/20/2023.L. 64: R&RE, pp. 109, 529, §§ 3, 1.
