(1) This article was added in 2006 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2007. For the text of this article prior to 2007, consult the 2006 Colorado Revised Statutes.
(2) Section 22-57-104 provided for the repeal of this article, effective July 1, 2007. (See L. 2006, p. 936.)
