Section 19-4-120 - [Effective 8/7/2024] Represented by counsel

At the pretrial hearing and in further proceedings, any party may be represented by counsel or a licensed legal paraprofessional, but a licensed legal paraprofessional shall not engage in any tasks or activities that are prohibited by the Colorado supreme court pursuant to court rules.

This section was contained in a title that was repealed and reenacted in 1987. Provisions of this section, as it existed in 1987, are similar to those contained in 19-6-120 as said section existed in 1986, the year prior to the repeal and reenactment of this title.
