Section 15-1.2-416 - Other financial instrument or arrangement

A fiduciary shall allocate receipts from or related to a financial instrument or arrangement not otherwise addressed by this article 1.2. The allocation must be consistent with sections 15-1.2-414 and 15-1.2-415.
