Section 13-4-102.2 - Interlocutory appeals of motions to dismiss actions involving constitutional rights

The court of appeals has initial jurisdiction over appeals from motions to dismiss actions involving constitutional rights pursuant to section 13-20-1101.

Section 3 of chapter 414 (HB 19-1324), Session Laws of Colorado 2019, provides that the act adding this section applies to actions filed on or after July 1, 2019.
