Section 13-93-102 - No discrimination - issuance of license

A person shall not deny an individual a license to practice on account of race, creed, color, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, national origin, or ancestry.

This section is similar to former § 12-5-102 as it existed prior to 2017.
