Section 12-315-310 - [Effective 8/7/2024] Confidentiality and privacy

A licensed veterinarian shall ensure that a client's privacy and confidentiality are protected when the veterinarian is providing veterinary services using telehealth pursuant to the veterinarian's professional and legal obligations.
