Section 12-295-106 - License by examination

(1) Every applicant for license by examination shall submit written evidence, verified by oath, and satisfactory to the board that the applicant:

(a) Has not committed an act that would be grounds for disciplinary action against a licensee under this article 295;

(b) Has completed a four-year high school course or the equivalent thereof; and

(c) Has completed and received a diploma from the required approved psychiatric technician education program.

(1) This section is similar to former § 12-42-105 as it existed prior to 2019.

(2) Before its relocation in 2019, this section was amended in SB 19-154. Those amendments were superseded by the repeal and reenactment of this title 12, effective October 1, 2019.
