Section 12-280-130 - Unauthorized practice - penalties

(1) Any person who practices or offers or attempts to practice pharmacy without an active license issued under this article 280 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407(1)(a).

(2) Any person who practices or offers or attempts to practice as a pharmacy technician without an active certification issued under this article 280 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407(1)(a).
