Section 12-270-106 - License required - occupational therapists - occupational therapy assistants(1) Except as otherwise provided in this article 270, a person shall not practice occupational therapy or represent that the person may practice occupational therapy in this state without possessing a valid license issued by the director in accordance with this article 270 and rules adopted pursuant to this article 270.(2) Except as otherwise provided in this article 270, a person shall not practice as an occupational therapy assistant or represent that the person may practice as an occupational therapy assistant in this state without possessing a valid license issued by the director in accordance with this article 270 and any rules adopted under this article 270.Amended by 2021 Ch. 4,§ 1, eff. 1/21/2021.Amended by 2020 Ch. 274,§ 6, eff. 9/14/2020.
