Section 12-230-105 - Title protection - use of title

It is unlawful for any person to use the title "hearing aid provider" or "hearing aid dispenser" or any other title that implies the person is qualified as a hearing aid provider unless the person is licensed as a hearing aid provider pursuant to this article 230.
