Current through Chapter 519 of the 2024 Legislative Session and Chapter 2 of the 2024 First Extraordinary Session
If any provision of this part 5 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held to be invalid, the remainder of this part 5 and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
