The commissioner may promulgate regulations prescribing minimum standards applicable to the valuation of sickness and accident plans or products, and in conformance with standards as adopted by the national association of insurance commissioners.

This section was enacted by section 28 of chapter 203, Session Laws of Colorado 1992, as § 10-8-127 but was renumbered on revision and harmonized with this article since part 1 of article 8 was repealed and the substantive provisions thereof were moved to this article.
