Subsection (6)(a) provided for the repeal of subsections (1) to (5) and (5.5), effective July 1, 2008. (See L. 2006, p. 1626.) Subsection (5.3)(b) provided for the repeal of subsection (5.3), effective July 1, 2009. (See L. 2008, p. 809.) Subsection (6)(b) provided for the repeal of subsection (6), effective July 1, 2009.
