Section 46.2-474 - Policy must contain certain agreement; additional coverageEvery policy of insurance subject to the provisions of this chapter:
1. Shall contain an agreement that the insurance is provided in accordance with the coverage defined in this chapter as respects bodily injury, death, property damage, and destruction and that it is subject to all the provisions of this chapter and of the laws of the Commonwealth relating to this kind of insurance; and2.
