Section 38.2-4932 - PenaltiesA. Any person who willfully and knowingly violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule, regulation, or order issued under this chapter, shall be subject to payment of a fine as provided in § 38.2-218.B. Nothing in this chapter limits the power of the Commonwealth to punish any person for any conduct that constitutes a crime under any other statute.Amended by Acts 2012, § cc. 208, 303.
