Section 3.2-5602 - Commissioner to test accuracy of point-of-sale systems

The Commissioner shall inspect and test point-of-sale systems, as he deems necessary, to determine:

(i) the accuracy and correct operation of the equipment; and

(ii) if such system utilizes coding means in lieu of manual entry, the accuracy of the data base.
