Section 23.1-3005 - [Effective until date pursuant to Acts 2023, cc. 756 and 778, cl. 5] Medical School; exercise of powersA. The exercise of the powers granted by this chapter are for the benefit of the residents of the Commonwealth and the promotion of their safety, health, welfare, knowledge, benefit, convenience, and prosperity.B.
