Section 8-606 - Width of right-of-way; grade level(a) Each State highway constructed or maintained under this title shall have a right-of-way that is at least 40 feet wide.(b) Each State highway that is constructed in a municipal corporation shall conform to the grade of each municipal street or highway that it crosses, as approved by the municipal authorities.
