Section 7-1205 - Investment(a) The State Treasurer shall invest the money of the Fund in the same manner as other State money may be invested.(b) Any investment earnings of the Fund shall be paid into the Fund.Added by 2023 Md. Laws, Ch. 512, Sec. 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
