Section 5-610 - Administrative agency(a) The legislative body of a political subdivision that adopts airport zoning regulations under this subtitle may: (1) Delegate the duty of administering and enforcing the regulations to any administrative agency under its jurisdiction; or(2) Create a new administrative agency to perform this duty.(b) The duties of the administrative agency include receiving applications for and deciding whether or not to issue permits applied for under § 5-611 of this subtitle.(c) The administrative agency may not be or include any member of the board of appeals, and it may not exercise any of the powers delegated to the board of appeals.
