Section 5-301 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Commercial use airport" means any publicly or privately owned airport at which:(1) Landing or tie down fees are charged;(2) Aviation fuel or oil is sold;(4) Goods or services are sold; or(5) Any other activity is carried on for remuneration.(c) "Public use airport" means any publicly or privately owned airport that is open to flight operations by the public.
