Section 22-402.2 - Sale of vehicles by dealers with removed or altered emission control equipment, gasoline tank filler inlets, or crankcase ventilation devices(a) In this section, "dealer" has the meaning stated in § 15-101 of this article.(b) A dealer may not sell or offer for sale a vehicle on which an exhaust emission control, gasoline tank filler inlet, or crankcase ventilation device described under § 22-402.1 of this subtitle is removed or altered.
