Section 21-1114 - Using roadway before opened; walking on new or newly repaired roadways; damaging highway or construction materials(a) A person may not drive on any new roadway or newly repaired roadway before it is opened to traffic.(b) A person may not walk on any new roadway or newly repaired roadway before the roadway is opened to traffic.(c) A person may not willfully injure or damage any highway, including a highway under construction.(d) A person may not willfully injure or damage any work, material, or structure used in connection with the construction of a highway.
